Tastingnotes: The malt starts out with a mineral and spicy flavor. Then grapefruits, oranges, green apples and pure maltiness. There is a hint of smoke over it. Very clean on the palate after lemons and grapefruits. Grassy, ​​salty and soft smoke. The finish is long and salty. Totally "spirit driven" and a beautiful, classic Highland Park.
